We are mobile
For inspection appointments we arrive with a mobile trailer so we are able to work right on sight. For most extinguishers we are able to do an internal inspection, recharge or hydrostatic test if any are needed. We also have some extinguishers available to sell with us
Annual Inspections
These are intended to give maximum assurance that a fire extinguisher will operate effectively and safely. It includes a thorough examination for physical damage or condition to prevent its operation and any necessary repair or replacement.
We also keep track of when the inspections are done. This way you don’t even have to think about it. When its time for your annual inspection we will call and set up an appointment with you.
Internal Maintenance and Recharging
Depending on the type of extinguisher every 5 or 6 years a fire extinguisher gets cleaned out and there is an inspection of all parts to make sure they are still in working condition. It is then refilled and recharged.
If an event that you have to discharge your fire extinguisher there will also be a full internal check of the extinguisher to make sure that nothing was compromised. It will then be fully filled and recharged.
Hydrostatic Testing
When required the fire extinguisher cylinder is subjected to pressures that exceed its rating to ensure it is still capable of maintaining the pressure necessary to discharge properly in the event of a fire.
With this there is also an internal inspection of all parts to make sure that they work properly. The extinguisher will then be fully filled and recharged.
